About Sandra Couts MSN, RN, CHTP
My journey to doing this work has been rich with my own inner growth, magical moments and at times pure delight. I have always been interested in what makes people tick, their unique stories of change, and what is outside the box of “normal” ways of being and thinking. As a result, I now have a strong passion for empowering people to make positive changes in their lives, and especially to stop living in fear. I realized that in order for people to be healthy on many levels, change is most often needed. This inspired me to get training in alternative and integrative methods of healing and to pursue my training to become a Registered Nurse and obtain my Master’s Degree in the Science of Nursing.
My nursing career has and remains an important and significant part of my journey as it has given me opportunities to connect and help people in ways I never could have otherwise. My training in the various alternative healing modalities has also been inspiring and fulfilling. I now have many options to support people in their own unique journeys.
My tag line “Freedom through Expansion” summarizes my strong belief that an important part of the beauty and fun of being alive comes from the ability to live from freedom. I am talking about the freedom to face our challenges with honest courage, the freedom to let go of what others will think if we follow our dreams and the freedom to stop hiding who we are and who we want to be. To me, this kind of freedom is the direct result of the willingness and commitment to allow ourselves to expand the way we think, feel, act and interact with ourselves and others. This means that sometimes we need to make inner changes to have outside results. I have developed programs and workshops that help people make these positive changes. I offer services that support people in their healing process; learn the deeper meaning of loving themselves, and to take charge of their own lives.
Along the way, I discovered my intuitive capabilities and I have been embracing this ever since. Embracing my own intuition changed my life for the better and I believe it could change yours too, if you desire it. My strong passion for and understanding of the importance of listening to our intuition eventually led me to write a book, Intuitive Connections A Five Step Process to Embrace Your Intuition and to develop an in-depth program, Connecting to Your Intuition.
Whatever challenges you might be facing, whatever new directions you might want to take, whatever support you might need to be all you can be and to love yourself and others fully and completely, I am here to support you and assist you. The end results could be phenomenal. The journey is worthwhile and you are worth the journey.
